The property is rectangular (651’ x 2117’) and bounded on the east and north sides by Crown Land, a tract of about 400 acres. Less than 2 kilometres away is a vast expanse of Crown Land which continues for thousands of square miles through many Townships.

Directions

From Mattice, proceed westerly along Highway 11 about 1 kilometre to Shallow Lake Rd. which divides Eilber and Devitt Townships. Turn right (north) and proceed about 900 metres to the southwest corner of the property.

Road Access

The road between Eilber and Devitt Townships defines the west limit of the property - a distance of 651’.

Topography

This property is quite flat and slopes slightly downwards to the east, towards the nearby (about 1750’) Missinaibi River. It is mostly forested with poplar, birch and spruce.
