Your own stream flows right across this substantial property, located in the heart of a region watered by many lakes and rivers. Just minutes from the bustling town of Timmins, this ample piece of land can be accessed by ATV, Argo or terra jet. Directions

This property, bordering on 2,300 acres of Crown Land, is very private and remote. You will need an ATV. From Timmins take Riverside Drive going east. This becomes Highway 101. Travel along Highway 101 to the community of South Porcupine. On Florence Street (at the MNR building) turn north and travel to the abandoned Broulan site. Turn left (west) onto the dirt road and travel for 1.6 miles (2.7 km) until you find two orange ribbons tied to trees on both sides of the road. Turn right (north) and proceed along the logging trail beside the Timmins Forest Products sign, which is also marked with ribbons, for 5 mi (8 km) to the Ontario Northern Railway crossing. At the railway, set aside the original crossing beams and continue across Bell Creek. From here continue walking north along the trail to the Concession 5 boundary marked by a 4-foot high post with a 3” metal plaque nailed to it showing the number 1201272. Turn right (east) on the trail. The orange ribbons going east to west mark the south portion of the property

Crown Land

Immediately west of the property are 2,200 acres of Crown Land, and to the immediate south are 160 acres. The townships to the east and north of Hoyle are mostly Crown Land, extending for hundreds of square miles, and can be easily accessed by road
