Crown Land

The north, east, and south sides of the property are bounded by Crown Land. This Crown Land is part of a vast tract which occupies about 75% of McCann Township and all of Tolstoi Township, which lies immediately south of the property. In fact, this continuous mass of Crown Land extends for several thousand square miles southward through Timiskaming District. Over a million acres of rural acreage abut this desirable property.

Terrain & Vegetation

Located about a half mile, (less than a kilometer) from the Beaucoup Lakes with its rich wetlands, and about 4.3 mi. (7 km) west of the Watabeag River, this fairly flat property is dry, sandy and forested. Water is available just across the road. Watabeag Lake is less than 12.5 mi. (20 km) south by road.
