Directions

This fairly flat property is about 2/3 forested with poplar, birch and spruce. A clear area lies in the middle western part, ideal for your campground or hunting lodge. A small stream just south of the road drains into the Mattawishkwia River just over 1 kilometre away, which in turn flows into the mighty Missinaibi River. You can walk or use your ATV over the two Crown lots north of your property. Enjoy fishing in Casgraine Lake, located on the Crown Land that abuts your property to the north. To the east of Casgraine Lake are over 23 lakes of various sizes, including the Pivabiska Lake with many streams and rivers flowing into it.
